To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux.
I'm after recommendations on a good outbound smtp preferably secure relay. I
don't mind paying for it.
At the moment my isp gets blocked by Comcast and other isps from time to
time.
message volume 30 messages or so a day, we do run a listserve.
dyndns.org does it anywhere else I should look at?

Thanks for the hint however google's servers sometimes hold mail for periods of time and since it is a free service there is nobody to complain to if something goes wrong. One I've seen recommended but haven't used is smtp.com. One of the Project Gutenberg posting team uses it for sometimes several messages per day. You might also want a cheap webhost account that provides an alternative outgoing smtp port such as 587. You could look at http://fastmail.fm/ and http://mailandfiles.com/ which claim to offer such services. The later is run by freelists.org if it's still around. Port blocking isn't the problem it's that my reverse ip shows as beeing yn a dynamic dialup pool. Trust me you don't want to upgrade to a business account in Australia it ain't cheap.
