Hello,

Gene Collins posted a message to this list with the CVS commands for
obtaining the modified version of Speak Freely. The first one (for
logging in) worked; however, the checkout one says that the module
doesn't exist:
ace@millions:~$ cvs
-d:pserver:anonymous@linux-speakup.org:/usr/src/CVS checkout speak-freely
cvs server: cannot find module `speak-freely' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules
ace@millions:~$

Can someone tell me what's happening and what the proper module name is?

Robby

To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux.

Yep, Dell, HP IBM are all quite small companies.

You can also request no os on a computer when you purchase it and
install your own os when you receive it.

Karen,

Try to contact Keith Watson either here on the list or off list.
Keith has Linux running with software speech on a modern laptop.
Keith will hopefully be able to answer your questions.

I will also make sure that Keith sees this note so that he is aware of
the fact that you are looking for information about Linux and speech on
a laptop.
