I believe I have used my wireless keyboard in DOS.
If you have U S B in DOS, and this will depend on the cMos settings.
Sometimes, in older cMos, you have to turn on a setting like:
USB legacy

The only problem I see here is that DOS doesn't have support for
wireless keyboards as far as I know.
