Hi,
Does anyone else use the Artic transport with speakup? I've noticed that for some reason, the transport doesn't initialize reliably if I use the txprt driver but does initialize with the acntsa. I would think that the txprt driver would provide better control over voice parameters, so would like to use it if possible
Any info would be much appreciated.
thanks,

To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux.
I do, or did just recently, and it works fine.
Maybe it is not set to "transport mode" in the menus of the transport.
There are 3 modes, I think are:
Standby, Transport, and mirror.
HTH.

Interesting. I don't even hink I have those settings. My transport is a
model 615 version 1.5. Maybe they had newer firmware revisions or
something?
Do these settings come up if you turn on the transport while holding down
the mode button, or can they be accessed via a command line utility?
Thanks,
