Maybe it is not set to "transport mode" in the menus of the transport. There are 3 modes, I think are: Standby, Transport, and mirror. HTH. Hi, Does anyone else use the Artic transport with speakup? I've noticed that for some reason, the transport doesn't initialize reliably if I use the txprt driver but does initialize with the acntsa. I would think that the txprt driver would provide better control over voice parameters, so would like to use it if possible Any info would be much appreciated. thanks, --Al _______________________________________________ Speakup mailing list Speakup@braille.uwo.ca http://speech.braille.uwo.ca/mailman/listinfo/speakup
