Hi all. When you kill Speakup with prn-screen, does this return control of the serial port to the kernel? Bc in playing around with programs such as emacspeak, I have realized that this isn't the case. I'm currently sifting through the code to see what I can find in terms of i/o, but does anyone know if killing Speakup returns control of the port to the kernel or not the way it is already? Thanks!
