Hi All,
Because of the various issues I've been having with Espeak, I decided to
buy Voxin. It appears to work, except of course with Speakup.
I was wondering if anybody had a copy of the ttsynth connector lying
around somewhere? www.ttsynth.com is down apparently and I can't seem to
find it elsewhere. I'd love to have a synthesizer which didn't carry out
random tonal shifts for no reason.
Best and thanks,
Zack.

I happen to have a copy of the speakup connector. I'll send it to your
email account later today. I also made a spk-connect-ttsynth file for
the /etc/rc.d directory.

Hi Chris,

Would you mind also emailing it to me <huntp@ukonline.co.uk>?

I've been looking for it for a while.

Do you have the source package or the binary?

Thanks.
Paul

It would probably make sense to put it on the speakup site.

I've now put all the files that used to be freely available at
ttsynth.com at:

http://SpeakupModified.Org/ttsynth
rsync -l speakupmodified.org::speakupmodified/ttsynth/

Not sure why my ftp is broken, but it is. Will have to work on
that--sorry.

Janina
