You can convert brf files into unicode braille by using iconv: iconv -f brf -t utf-8 < file.brf > file.txt and then you can paste the result in any word processor and use a font with support for braille (dejavu for instance). The closest to that I have used is a Braille font installed on my windows computer. I just select the text in a word processor, and change the font to my Braille font, and print it.
