Subject: espeak, speech-dispatcher, speechd-up and speakup cap tone change not working

Hi,
I am running into a problem with this combination with both the
espeak-generic and the espeak modules.
The tone of the voice used to go higher when a capital letter was pressed,
but now there is no difference.
I only see a configuration option to make it play a sound and not one to
make the pitch go up.
Is there some setting in speechd.conf or elsewhere to restore the old
behaviour?
TIA, Willem
