Subject: updating the kernel
Date: Tue, 10 Jan 2006 18:39:56 -0500 (EST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <Pine.LNX.4.60.0601101836080.2840@localhost.localdomain> (raw)
I am trying to update my Kernel to the latest one for fedora 2 so I can have a
newer version of speakup. I did
rpm -i k.i686.rpm
it looked like it installed, but when I rebooted there was a message that said
Kernel 2.6.6-1.435.2.3spk
What do I need to do to use the new kernel?
