Hello everyone. Anyone know where I can get the most current version of
pdftotext? I went to pdftotext.com where I thought I had downloaded it
previously but I got a page with programs I could buy. Thanks!

Well, on debian, pdftotext is part of xpdf-utils. So I would like for
xpdf-type files in your distribution's packages.

Look for XPDF, and pdftotext is bundled with it.

Hi all. Thanks for the info will go install xpdf. I have pdftotext on
another box and tried converting a pdf, and apparently some of the words
in the resulting text were catted together all on the same line with no
spaces. For example, Thisisatestofpdftotext'sabilities. I tried the -raw
option in pdftotext, but that didn't correct the problem. Does anyone have
any other ideas?
