Debian now has a kernel package built with speakup 1.0 in debian sid.I'd
like to thank kenny hit who found and fixed the major rc bug that the
package had, and marrio lang who first packaged this package.
I plan to upgrade the version of speakup to 1.5 over the next couple of
days, but this seems to be a nice start. For those of you who are
interested the package name is kernel-image-2.4.20-speakup .
