I know that hitting the enter key on the NumPad will reset the speakup
cursor to the place the insertion point, or command line is at.  Is there a
way to move the cursor in a program like pico, emacs or other  to move to
the SpeakUp cursor.

Kind of like clicking the mouse on that spot to put the cursor there.
