I was just looking at the Redhat 7.2 cd images on the webb site and see
that they have different dates than the ones I used to install my system.
I would like to know if they are different enough that I need to do an
update?

Yes, but it isn't the painful chore you're thinking it is. Get the rsync
syntax from Bill. That way, you can simply upgrade over the net those
elements that are new.
