Vorbis 1.0beta3 imminent

Hi all:

For those interested in the ogg vorbis audio format, 1.0beta3 is all but
there.  The development list has spent the last few days nailing down build
problems on various platforms.  Also, Monty has been trying to squash one
final bug that is causing artifacts in specific examples.  In addition to
this, there have been some delays related to getting the press release and
such out the door.  Because of this latter problem, the official beta3
release date is very likely to be Tuesday.  However, sources, binaries,
packages, etc. are likely to be available before then.  Will keep people
posted.
