Hi Folks: I have declared the birth of the first draft of cursoring in
cvs. I have also made the fixes to allow speakup to compile once
again under the test kernels 2.4.0-test5 and above. If you are a
bleeding edge style person you can get a checkout script from one of
us many geeks you'll find hanging around bleeding all over each
other. If you are not comfortable with strange concepts like cvs and
compiling 'c' code and so forth then forget you ever saw this message.

Hi:
Yes, please. I'd like to try and implement a current 2.4, so please
provide uri or files, as appropriate.
PS: We should have a chat sometime soon. I'm actually back in the office
for the next few months--with only one teincy little day trip to New York
thrown in there somewhere. So, maybe later today or later this week?

You can get the latest kernel (and previous versions too) from
ftp.kernel.org. They will have the stable versions and the development
ones seperated as such. I have only played with a development version once
and it was stable for me. I believe that this is often the case, but they
have some things to work out before they call anything stable.
