Hello,
I have retrieved the git repository for speakup using:
git-clone http://linux-speakup.org/speakup.git
then git fetch
Now, how do I go about patching my kernel with speakup?
I am running fc9 at the moment. This is a test install for me once I figure out the process of patching speakup into my kernel and building the kernel, I want to upgrade to a later version.
Any info/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

By reading the instructions of the INSTALLATION file (as documented in
the README file).
