help with reporting bug

Hi.
I would like to report the bug that speakup hangs the system in 2.6.26-2-686 kernels, when using lenny, so I can get it solved.
Who do I contact to do that?
Also, can Someone build another kerenel for me from source, with speakup, so that I can get this working?
I should do it by myself, but I'm so tired of this now, that I don't have the power to do it.
