fixed smart window header could not start at line 1 column 1.
added say_word above/below to help.
changed say_word_ctl default to 0 (do not break on attribute change)
fixed next_word not working if word was in last column.
fixed say_word not reading the whole word if the cursor was in
the last or second-last column.
fixed caps-lock not announcing.
if interested, get it via http from davidborowski.ddns.net

Very nice fixes, I was going to write you about the say_word_ctl not
working properly, but you may have fixed it.
