pc weasel?

Hi all:  I know this is a long shot, but I'm curious if anyone here has 
a pc weasel and they're willing to part with it.  I've e-amiled the 
people who sell them about 2 months ago and they said they'd be there 
when I got my funds together to purchase one, but now I can't contact 
them.  Do let me know... and thanks much...

What do you mean you contacted the people who sold them a couple of  
months ago? I thought the manufacturer went out of business about 5  
years ago. Maybe you were talking to a reseller who still had some in  
stock.

I got an e-amil address I'd had for quite some time, and decided to 
finally contact it a couple of months ago, and while I never thought of 
it belonging to a reseller as I got it off the web site, before it 
disappeared, they did seem to know what I was talking about, and said 
they'd be there... but I've not heard from them since, so now I'm not 
sure.  The e-mail address is on a domain I can ping, so I figure I'll 
wait, but if anybody's got one I'd be happy to buy it...

Well, I'm sorry I can't help you but if you ever do get in contact with the 
manufacturer or even a reseller, you should let the list know. I'm sure a 
lot of people are still looking for those things.

Again, I'm sorry I can't help you but I can vouch for the usefulness of 
those PC Weasel cards. It seemed for a long time, BIOSes were built so you 
couldn't get to them even with a PC Weasel. But I have one and it has worked 
in my last 3 machines going back 5 or 6 years now. Another thing they are 
useful for is making a bootable CD or pen drive. You have access to the boot 
prompt with a PC Weasel.  Having one of those things saved me more than 
once.

I wonder if we could talk the manufacturer into sending out an order for a 
hundred or so of those cards on the possibility that there might be a few 
blind systems admins looking for them.

I have a PC Weasel. I never used it, but it looks to be in order. It is the latest version, which I think is a PCIi card. Do you want it?

Well, let me find the last known contact I had, as I am not sure that 
it's the original manufacturer or a reseller, which it sounds more
