Hello all.

Could someone kindly explain please the differences between
/proc/speakup/characters, and /proc/speakup/chartab? I've had a look
through the speakup installation guide that Jean wrote, but didn't
find this info there. If this has already been explained somewhere
else, then a pointer to where I can find the answer would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Greg

To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux.

characters is the list of characters which are created for each number
between 0 and 255. Chartab is the representation of what those
characters are like control characters or numbers or letters etc.
