speech-dispatcher and Cepstral

Hi.

I just bought 3 voices from Cepstral.  I have them working with BRLtty
3.7, but don't have them working with speech-dispatcher yet.
Does anyone have them working with speech-dispatcher?
I am trying to write a config file based on the generic module since
there isn't a specific module for it in the Debian package.
I haven't checked the speech-dispatcher source yet to see if a specific
module exists.

I now have them working.  I don't have pitch, but everything else seems
to work.

I checked the source, and there isn't a specific module.  The generic
module is the way to go for now.

I make no claims that this file will be useful to any one for anything.
If you make changes to it, let me know what you did.
