actually, i dont remember if its the installation or the setup that's
accessible, or both.  could someone else who (just) installed tiger
elaborate on this?  i know there's a part of the installation series
(including setup for user accounts and date/time settings) where it has a
short tutorial on voiceover and makes the whole thing accessible.

it's been about half a week since i installed it (came in the mail
early!!) and i dont remember a thing.  horrible memory :)

yeah i know i said that, because there is an accessible part of it at
some point, i just don't remember where.  if you give me a few hours,
i can go home and try reinstalling it.  Now i'm becoming less sure
about the base installation and more sure about it being the setup
part.

I can confirm that the installation can be accessed with VoiceOver from 
the very first screen, which is language selection.
