Hi all.  Anyone ever here of these as 8 output cards??  Are they linux 
compatible?  Thanks much.

I am pretty sure they are. I suggest you go to http://www.alsa-project.org
and search for supported soundcards. That should give you a better idea of how
much support, if any, there is for that card.
