I figure a kickstart file will likely end up being the best way to go on
this. Fortunately, using a boot: line like linux ks=floppy under fedora
at least is supposed to find ks.cfg on the floppy drive and run using
instructions from that file. It might even be worth trying it with
ubuntu.

I have a copy of that cd and was able to get orca running but only in
setup mode and then I rebooted after having answered all of the questions
and got orca into setup mode again. The --no-setup switch has no
detectable effect so far as I can detect.
