I was wondering after installing git and cloning the speakup git-repository,
how to install it into the arch version of Gentoo-sources for 2.6.24? This
will be my very first time getting that working.
Thanks.
(Note) I have never patched Speakup, (not even when it was in CVS.)
Regards, --Keith.
I was wondering, if you folks could explain something

To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux.

If you have the 2.6.24 gentoo sources on your system, and if
/usr/src/linux points to it, then you simply cd to the directory
containing your speakup git clone. Then do:
./install
The patches install with the latest gentoo-sources. That is, the ~x86
arch version.
