Hi, Where is a good tutorial on getting software speech working with
speakup or X windows? Will speakup ever support X windows threw
modules or other means? I have a dectalk express and would like to be
able to use it in gnome.

To: Speakup is a screen review system for Linux.
Well, if you run debian linux, you may be able to follw the directions at
this page:
http://www.math.wisc.edu/~jheim/debian/
That page is a work in progress. Toward the bottom are instructions for
installing software speech. But it's really just 2 simple steps to get
software speech working with debian linux. All you have to do is edit your
sources.list file and then run the apt-get commands to install the packages.

Hi, Why does that page not have a deb-src line and if I add that will I be
able to get the sources? Are you going to fix the gpg issue like shane did
for his debian speakup stuff?
