[patch] fix for the dectlk startup bug

Hi all.
Attached is the patch that will  fix the startup bug with the dectalk
express.
To patch this, make sure  you're in the 'speakup' directory, and do:
patch -p0<speakup_dectlk.patch

what startup bug?  I noticed a couple of things.  Also what is a good
antivirus program for linux.

Why would you want an anti-virus program for GNU/Linux, unless you're

hi,
it comes from being a windows user for too long.  I don't run anykind of
ececutable file like that with out scanning it first.

why bother with antivirus for linux?
therre's nobody created a half way decent virus that'll trash a linux 
system yet.
first thing the thing would have to do is become root and that's not 
easy.
however if you're as anel as I am, you might want to check out clam 
antivirus.
