Hello Speakup,

  When configuring Debian, I put in the wrong domain name. I put in
  .ca and I think it should be ca  so where is the file that stores
  that so I can change it. I tried running base-config, but it asked
  me for the name but not domain, where it asked me for domain
  somewhere before. These things are sent to keep us honest, frustrate
  us or something I'm sure.

Just a guess, isn't it chkconfig or something? Or /etc/network/ something?
