Subject: software DECTalk and speech-dispatcher
Date: Tue, 19 Feb 2008 10:15:40 -0600 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <003f01c87312$b10c0660$4401a8c0@betsy> (raw)
I can use speech dispatcher and speakup with ESpeak and festival, but the dtk-generic driver doesn't seem to work. DECTalk works fine with the 'say' utility.
Are there any special settings that need setting in order to get software DECTalk, speech-dispatcher and then speakup working together or an alternative to speech-dispatcher?
David
