Hi all. This is just one of those things I can't seem to pinpoint...It
started happening quite suddenly, which adds to its strangeness.
Whenever I try to page something through Less, I get 
something like this. I'll use Nmap as an example.
leges  to  build these custom SYN packets.  This is
              the default scan type for privileged users.
Error executing formatting or display command.
System command (cd /usr/man && (echo ".pl 11i"; /bin/gunzip -c
'/usr/man/man1/nmap.1.gz') | /usr/bin/gtbl | /usr/bin/nroff -S -mandoc |
/usr/bin/less -is) exited with status 36096.
No manual entry for nmap

I tried re-installing Nroff/Less from the Slackware-10.0 (I haven't
gotten around to upgrading this machine) ap/a series, however the
problem still persists. Any ideas on how to fix this/how 
it may have started? Thanks!

I just tried that command on my machine, and I have to admit it worked.

But doesn't man send stuff through less anyway? Could that be the
problem?
