Hello, I want to know what distros that have speakup work well on a laptop/notebook

Juan,
   Most modern distros should work with notebooks. My favorite distro is 
Slackware, and it works beautifully on notebook computers.

Yeah, I was thinking about slack, I use fedora on my desktop, but its kind
of a big distro.
