Hello list,
I was wondering where the source for programs like readelf, objdump, and others can be found?
THX,

Hi. The sources you seek are actually part of the GNU Coreutils package.
Others you mentioned are part of the binutils package.

If you are running a debian based distro, you can run the following
command to find the package it belongs to:

dpkg -S `which objdump`

You should get something like this:

binutils: /usr/bin/objdump

Then you can simply grab the source for that package:

apt-get source binutils.

Any reason you can't just ask http://google.com/linux these questions?
That's what I do when I have similar questions.
