Download the fedora-release package from the fc3 mirror of your choice and install it using rpm -i. Then do yum upgrade and grab a bite to eat and a drink. Once the computer stops doing its thing, reboot, and you should be running a full fc3. Lorenzo ^ permalink raw reply [flat|nested] 6+ messages in thread

Hmm. I haven't used Speakup modified fc, so not sure about that one. I know that kernels upgrade automatically, so you may want to install the Speakup kernel directly or if there is a yum repository for that you may need to configure yum for the speakup site. My personal favourite mirrors are the secsup.org mirrors. I like the fast speed of their servers. Here is a direct link using the fedora.secsup.org mirror to the fc3 fedora-release package. http://fedora.secsup.org/core/3/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/fedora-release-3-8.i386.rpm Good luck!
