Accent PC Fixed!!!

For those using the Accent PC with the latest CVS versions of Speakup,
I have very good news! I just tried the latest CVS change which
mentioned a fix to the Accent PC driver and all is good now.  It works
like it always used to.

Assuming some degree of stability, the fix should remain to stay.  All
you would then need is to capture a particularly stable version of
speakup, snag it from CVS and use that with whatever kernels in the
future.  That would be true for any distro.

     RPMS with the Accent-PC fix will soon be on Bumpy.  
kernel-2.4.20-19.[7-9]spk2c for RH7x, RH8.0 and RH9.
