OT: Accessibile sound editors for linux?

Hi there, I'm currently playing around with Ecasound, which, imho is a very nice program.
However, it doesn't seem to allow editing of the file (i.e, copy/paste/etc). Is there an accessible tool that can do this?
I'm thinking of snd, but if there's something else, I'd be glad to be pointed in the right direction.

Hey there. I think you're in luck...Have a look at the CVS module called 
Bsound, which as far as I know can still be checked out from Bumpy. Kirk 
was working on it way back when, and he's made some nice mods to it. 
HTH. And if for some reason the module isn't available, II have another 
copy on one of my boxes that I can send you at some point.
