Hey guys. I'm mirroring Bill's Red Hat 7.1 site so if anyone wants to
go get the iso images their at:
1ftp://198.172.228.165/pub/linux/rh7.1/iso
Will have the modified rpms there as well and if anyone wants to
install over ftp they can just enter 198.172.228.165 and directory of
/pub/linux/rh7.1 as the install location and they can install right
over the net.
Fast connection to the site so pulling the isos or doing the network
install should be pretty fast, this way Bill's connection won't be
eaten up by all you bandwidth hogs.
heh.

Tommy,

I have downloaded the two ISO images from the location shown below. however,
perhaps due to me being a beginner, I can't get my dec express to work. I've
used the 7.0 boot disk from http://www.linux-speakup.org/ftp/disks/ to
install, but unfortunately, no speech. What am I doing wrong or not doing as
may be the case? I know I've used 7.0 bootdisk and 7.1 distribution, so this
may have something to do with it. I looked on your 7.1 distributions, but
couldn't find specific boot disk for my synth.

Thanks in advance

Regards

Mo.

Hi, Tomy!
If I understand it correctly, this is speech-enabled installation of
Redhat7.1, right? Does the second CD also needs speech? Can you please keep
those CD's there for a while, as I need to find someone with fast connection
to download those CD's. Also, perhaps in the future someone would agree to
mail those CD's to us in Europe? I would definitely pay mailing cost and for
the burning process. What'd ya think?
Best,
Vic
