Well Janina, reason of my not following instructions being is, the document
at HYPERLINK
"http://speakupmodified.org/HOWTO_INSTALL.html"http://speakupmodified.org/HO
WTO_INSTALL.html
Says, Version 6.0--Preliminary
11 July 2007 For use with the HYPERLINK "http://speakupmodified.org/"Speakup
Modified Fedora Distribution, Version F-7 "Moonshine." Not 9. that's why.
I don't follow old documentation that hasn't been updated since July 11
2007.
Perhaps I should, but instructions given in that document don't work
whatsoever with the exception of the part of, what to do when at the
installation prompt for the first time if using a CD, DVD, or rescue image.
Otherwise, all of the document seems out dated.
If you could perhaps point me in the right direction, and explain how to get
speakup to work at boot time I'd appreciate it.
Despite my bitching and complaining, Speakup modified fedora is a good
program.
I guess I'm just not use to all these new changes and no new documentation
to go with them.
That'd be like a company releasing a product and not providing updated help
files for it.
