Hi,
I was wondering whether or not Fedora, either version 7 Moonshine, or
version 8, Wearwolf supported the use of braille displays?
If so, what braille displays models, and through which connections com or
USB?

Where can you obtain BRLTTY, and what displays does it support?

Hey, there's this thing called google.com and it's really cool. You
should check it out with your favorite browser. It's perfect for
answering questions like this.
