It appears to be an embedded video player, it opened in mac safari.

This is an HTML5 video, so get-flash-videos probably won't be of much
help. The xvfb thing may work for this though. Fingers crossed.

I was only able to get Firefox to play that link. I believe it's an
embedded video that youtube-dl can't find for some reason. A bit odd,
since youtube-dl can find many similar things, especially autoplay
videos like this. But I get a traceback from youtube-dl when it is
called by mpv to try to find the embedded video, so this has to be the
problem. Firefox and Chromium both should play it however.

Well, unfortunately my sound is not working right now, but I would suggest
installing
xvfb and typing
xvfb-run firefox
and put your file name in quotes because of a question-mark in your link.
And here's another idea, install get-flash-videos and try-and-download.

Can any linux utility command line or graphical play this link?I already
tried with vlc and mplayer and audacity and they had no luck.
