List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Hi! Yes, there is actually a book called Linux for Dummies. I got it as a print book and scanned it. It's a relatively short book by reference standards, but it might get you started. Evidently, there is a DebIan for Dummies, but I haven't got my hands on it yet. The Linux for Dummies though interesting didn't optimally scan, so you may need someone to do some editing. Hope this helps.
