   -V, --version          display bks-unpack version

   -f, --force-overwrite  overwrite files that already exist
   -r, --remove-original  remove original .bks file upon successful unpacking
   -H, --html             create copy of the DAISY content with HTML extension
   -q, --quiet            don't display the welcome message
   -M, --mac              for .txt file unpacking, use cr
   -U, --unix             for .txt file unpacking, use lf (default)
   -W, --windows          for .txt file unpacking, use crlf
jdashiel@(none):~$ ./bin/bks-unpack mastering_oracle_sql_d.bks 
Segmentation fault
jdashiel@(none):~$ exit
