As someone who has come to this thread recently, I went back and read all your posts. I downloaded the alsa-tools 0.9.4 release from ftp.alsa-project.org. I also grabbed the most recent 0.9.8 release. Your name doesn't appear anywhere, either in documentation or source code. further more, there is no reference to frameviewing or anything like it. And neither there should be, as alsa-tools are for dealing with sound cards and not reading the screen. You get upset that no-one seems to understand your software, but I dare say that no-one has been able to find it (I certainly haven't and I've read every message you've posted to this list). Tell us where it is and we'll check it out. Tell us what it is called and how we're meant to use it. And I'm sure you'll get a fair and honest crytique of it. Geoff.
