List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Something like abcde puts all the steps together for you. but there's really no problem with using cdparanoia to make the .wav files and then oggenc (at least that's the one I use in debian) to make .ogg files or lame (or whatever else you have) to make mp3 files.
