Have you thought about trying to start an internet service provider that fully supports Linux? Maybe you could start a system where a customer can contract to use your ISP for a certain amount of time. In return they are given a computer with a Linux distribution pre-installed and set up to use your internet service provider. If the customer decides to cancel their account before the contract is up, they have to pay for the computer.
