List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: The default Braille Lite 2K settings work with the default speakup linux settings. I happen to have this device as well, and I even use it with speakup sometimes. So, before we head off on a tangent ... Can you do the echo commands I suggested and get speech out of any of them?
