List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Assuming you are using OE go to tools, options and then the send tab. Tab until you get to what I believe is called international settings... button and hit enter. Then you will be in a combo box of char sets and the one you want is I believe western iso or something, but it definitely has iso in it.
