List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Yes, you can do this. There are several tools. The ones for DOS/Windows cost money. The linux tool, called parted as in "partition editor," is free (surprise). What you want to do is to get a floppy that boots linux with speakup for your speech synthesizer, and has parted on it. Look on the speakup website.
