Man, it's called dumb mode for a reason. It doesn't even seem to support backspacing. Someone should really tell that guy about libreadline, or at least get him to rip code out of MICQ. I decided to use version 0.5.1alpha which I already had here, but it has its own short-comings. But at least it doesn't redraw the status line. Geoff.
