List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: Hi Chuck, try removing the second drive and see what you get, if it doesn't find the first device then she may be using one of those udma cards. See what you get with just the first drive in the machine and if that works then change jumpers on second drive to slave and then see if that fixes the problem. Tommy
